Problems and suggestions of dental morphology teaching for stomatological students

Abstract：Rehabilitation of teeth morphology and function is the central content for dental clinic. There-fore,dental morphology teaching is the key content of stomatological education for undergraduates, and its quality di-rectly affects the students'clinical skills. In the past several years,although we have made major strides in dental mor-phology teaching in our country,there are still some problems,for example,paying more attention to sculpture and ig-noring theory study,paying more attention to training and ignoring connection in study, paying more attention to skill and ignoring connotations. Based on extensive survey and further analysis of the problems, the present paper put for-ward some improvement suggestions to provide reference for future teaching practice of dental morphology.
