Abstract：AIM:To observe the clinical effect of SureFil SDR in the treatment of Deciduous Molars caries.METHODS:198 deciduous molars caries of 127 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups and treated by minimalinvasive method,the cavities of the molarswere filled with SureFil SDR (group A,n =66),glass ionomer cement (group B,n =67) and 3M composite resins (group C,n =65) respectively.The children were followed up for 3months,6 months and 12 months after treatment,the filling success rate and clinical operation time were compared among the groups.RESULTS:There was no significant difference among the three groups at 3,6 and 12 months after treatment (P ＞ 0.05).Group A showed the leastoperation time,and group B showed the most.CONCLUSION:SureFil SDR whole layer filling resin is effective in the repair of type Ⅰ cave of deciduous dental caries,and cansave the clinical operation time.
