Clinical study of the rehabilitation of ETT by CEREC system

Abstract:AIM:To observe the clinical effects of the CEREC rehabilitation of endodontically treated teeth (ETT).METHODS:55 cases of ETT were restored using the CEREC system.Follow-up examinations were conducted every 6 months for 2 years.The clinical performance of the restorations was evaluated using modified USPHS criteria.RESULTS:45 cases completed 2 year follow-up.The survival rate of CEREC restorations was 89%, 2 restorations were lost and 3 were fractured.40 restorations were scored, more than 90% of the cases were evaluated as A in all the examination indexes.CONCLUSION:CEREC rehabilitation of ETT can increase the longevity of ETT.
