Confusion and solution for pulp vitality testing

Abstract：Dental pulp tissue has the function of forming dentin, providing nutrition, conducting pain and generating protective response to environmental stimuli.The pulp vitality testing is the basis to determine the choice of treatment and the evaluation of therapeutic effect.But pulp vitality testing, especially its methods and assessment standard, has long been a hot topic among the clinicians and often cause confusion when the dentists need accurate assessment of pulp status and determine the choice of treatment.In this paper, we briefly introduce the confusion and solution of the pulp vitality testing.
