Research progress on pulpotomy of permanent teeth

Abstract：Pulpotomy is a treatment to save live pulp.It has limited indications and is used to treat deciduous teeth and young permanent teeth.In recent years, with more research and understanding of pulp biology and pulp capping material, pulpotomy has been applied in the treatment of mature permanent teeth, and there have been more and international clinical studies on this topic.In this article, we reviewed the advances of application of pulpotomy in treating permanent teeth.
