Establishment of the training systems for the improvement of the clinical quality of stomatologic postgraduates with professional degree
Abstract：It is urgent to establish the talent training mode adapting to the requirements of the integration of the residents'training standardization and the postgraduates'clinical training.Based on the poor clinical skills and humanistic care of the first-year postgraduates of stomatology with professional degree,the new clinical training system centered on standardizing operation concepts,cultivating clinical thinking ability and improving humanistic quality were created in our department.This system aimed to explore the better clinical training model for stomatological postgraduates.
