Advances of Endovac irrigation system used in root canal therapy

Abstract：The methods and quality of root canal irrigation are closely related with the success of rootcanal therapy.Compared with the conventional needle irrigation Endovac irrigation system is a very effective way of irrigation in cleanning dentine debris,removing smear layer and reducing apical extrusion.This article reviews the components and their interaction,safety and the effectiveness of Endovac irrigation system .
