Expression of Cdc42 in the development of mouse molar

Abstract：AIM:To study the expression changes of Cdc42 in the development of mouse molar. METHODS:The paraffin tissue sections of the molar and molar germ of mice were examined with HE and immunohis-tochemical methods from 14-,16-,18-day-old mouse embryos (E14,E16,E18),and 1 -,4-,and 14-day-old mice (D1 ,D4 and D1 4).RESULTS:The Cdc42 was expressed in the whole development progress of mouse molar germ, and showed different degrees of expression in the molar germ-forming cells and in the surrounding cells.with typical polarized distribution in the process of odontoblast’maturation.CONCLUSION:Cdc42 is expressed play a role in the development of mouse molar.
