The importance and strategy for the improvement of the medical humanistic spirit of stomatological undergraduates

Abstract：With economical and social development,modern medical education requires not only the teaching of medical knowledge and skills,but more importantly,the teaching of humanistic spirit.Currently,the level of medi-cal humanistic spirit of stomatological undergraduates is not very optimistic.The present paper analyzes the reasons why the stomatological undergraduates are lack of medical humanistic spirit,and provides strategies to improve the medical humanistic spirit of stomatological undergraduates based on the recent practice of our hospital.The aim of this paper is to improve clues for curriculum design,and to improve professional dedication,communication and problem -solving abilities of stomatological undergraduates.We think that the improvement of the medical humanistic spirit of stomatolog-ical undergraduates can be an effective way to decrease the conflict between doctors and patients.
