Abstract：The damage of dental hard tissues and /or periodontal tissues can be caused by dental trauma.In addition,pulp necrosis was a commonly cited complication of dental trauma.But so far,the research on the mechanism of pulp healing and preservation of vital pulp have always been difficult points and hotspots.This article reviewes the mechanism of pulpal healing and the current progress of pulp preservation of traumatic teeth.
