Abstract：Endodontics is a discipline with strong emphasis on practical skills. According to the characteris-tics of endodontics resident training, the situation of clinic practice is analyzed and the major problems are pointed out. This article emphasizes the significance of standardized resident training of endodontics, presents some problems and solutions after years of experience, and aims to improve the training effect.
