Abstract：dnaK operon contains grpE, dnaJ and hrcA etc in Gram-positive bacteria. Based on 16S rDNA sequence findings, Streptococcus, Lactococcus, Lactobacillus sake and mycobacteria have a close genetic relationship. This review summarizes the structure, function and possible mechanisms of dnaK operon.
