Abstract：Dental technology in an important part of prosthodontics.The key point and characteristic of dental technician training are to cultivate the hands-on ability of the trainees.To achieve the goal of cultivating quali-fied dental technicians,we developed a complete teaching curriculum and established a set of standards of operations and achieved very good results.
