Abstract：Abstract] Caries risk assessment can identify the possibility of new caries in individuals during a specified period of time.Caries risk assessment is also the base of modern caries management.The purpose of this article is to review the frequently used in caries risk assessment systems and to provide useful clinical recommendations.
