Abstract：Notch signaling pathway regulates apoptosis in multiple cell types.Recent evidences indicate that notch signaling is involved in tooth development,dental pulp injury and repair,oral cancer,and may play impor-tant role in regulation of cell apoptosis.Here we review the role of Notch signaling in cell apoptosis with emphasis on research progresses in stomatology.
