Abstract：Clinical practice in pediatric dentistry is quite challenging because the patients are less coopera-tive and communicative.In recent years,by creating relaxing environment,self-improving the quality and levels of teachers,emphasizing the training of occupational accomplishment,communication ability and proper relation between clinical practice and the entrance exams for postgraduate,we successfully mobilized the enthusiasm,initiative and crea-tivity of the internship,and obtained a better teaching result.
