Assistant therapeutic methods for immature permanent teeth replantation

Abstract：Immature permanent teeth are prone to avulsion by trauma .Replantation is the preferred treat-ment for avulsed immature permanent teeth , and the ideal prognosis of replantation is to achieve revascularization and functional healing of dental pulp and periodontal ligament .Immature permanent tooth is a special develop stage provi-ding physiological basis for ideal prognosis; however , the current prognosis is not satisfactory .How to improve the prognosis of replantation has always been a hot topic .A great deal of research work on various assistant therapeutic methods have been conducted to improve the prognosis of replantation .This paper aims to review the application of the assistant therapeutic methods for the replantation of avulsed immature permanent teeth .
