Abstract:ABM: To evaluate the bond strength of 2 dentin adhesives in durability test in vivo. METHODS : 8 molars of goat in vivo were used. On which class V cavities were prepared respectively. Which were treated with adhesives of prime Bond NT (NT) or Clearfil~((TM))SE bond (CB) They were extracted 24h or 3 months later. The bonded teeth were sectioned occluso - gingivally into 1. 0mm × 1. 0mm × 4. 0 mm serial slabs for microtensile bond strength test. RUSLUTS: The dentin bond strength of PB and CB bonded 3 months ago were significantly lower than those of PB and CB bonded 24 h ago (P < 0.05). The dentin bond strengths of PB at 24h and 3 months were all significantly higher than those of CB (P <0.05). CONCLUSION; During the in vivo durability test, with the time progression, the dentin bond strength of 2 adhesives all decrease. The total -etching adhesive PB is superior to the self-etching adhesive CB.
