The effects of the various combinations of PGE2、TNF-α、and IL-1β on the calcium metabolism of cultured rat calvaria
Abstract:AIM: To observe the Ca metabolism in cultured rat Calvaria with various combinations of PGE2,TNF-α and IL-1β. METHODS:Microelement examination was carried out on the conditioned media. RESULTS: ①The combination of PGE2 and IL-1β had Ca absorptive activity at 0.01ng/ml level. Which is decreased with increasing of the concentrations. ②the Combinations of PGE2 and TNF-α had Ca absorptive activity at 0.01~0.01ng/ml level. There are marked releasing activity of Ca at 1.0ng/ml level.③The combinations of IL-1β and TNF-α had Ca absorptive activity at 0.01ng/ml level. There are no marked absorptive or releasing activity of Ca at 1.0ng/ml level.④The combinations of PGE2、IL-1β and TNF-α had Ca absorptive activity, which is rised with the increasing of the concentrations at 0.01~1.0ng/ml Levels. CONCLUSION: The various combinations of PGE2, TNF-α and IL-1β had interactions, antagonistic effects, synergism on the Ca metabolism of cultured rat calvaria in vitro. PGE2 mainly shows being the synergie factor
