The effect of IL-1β on the calcium metabolism of cultured rat calvaria
Abstract：AIM：To observe the Ca releasing from cultured rat calvaria treated with IL-1β. METHODS：Microelement examination was carried out on the conditioned media. RESULTS：IL-1β dose-dependently increased the releasing of Ca into the media. CONCLUSION：IL-1β was a strong bone absorbtive factor.Its bone absortbive ability was positively correlative with its concentrations.
