The effect of TNF-α on the calcium metabolism of cultured rat calvaria
Abstract：AIM：To observe the Ca metabolism in cultured rat calvaria treated with TNF-α. METHODS：Microelement examination was carried out on the conditioned media. RESULTS：Increasing of TNF-α concentration, Ca releasing from bone was decreased. CONCLUSION：The concentration of TNF-α was negatively correlative to the Ca releasing from bone.
