The effect of PGE2 on the calcium metabolism of cultured rat calvaria
Abstract：AIM：To observe the Ca metabolism in cultured rat calvaria treated with PGE2. METHODS：Microelement examination was carried out on the conditioned media. RESULTS: Ca raleasing from bone will take place when the PGE2 concentration was at 10～100ng/ml. Ca resorption of bone will take place when the PGE2 concentration was at 0.01～0.1ng/ml. CONCLUSION：The effect of PGE2 on bone Ca metabolism is associaed with its local concentrations.
