Abstract：AIM: To observe the effects of FG on the proliferation and ALP activity of PDLC. METHODS： Cell culture technique, MTT and enzyme kinetics methods were used to evaluate the effects of FG on the proliferation and ALP actiuity of PDLC. RESULT: The proliferation and ALP activity of PDLC in experimental group were significantly increased than the control group and appeared in the early stage. CONCLUSION:FG can improve the proliferation and ALP activity of human PDLC.
