Culture of mandibular and maxilla ectomesenchymal cells from the embryonic rat

Abstract：AIM：To cultivate mandibular and maxillary ectomesenchymal cells from the embryonic rat. METHODS: Tissue explant technique was used.Cells were identified by immunohistochemical method. RESULTS: The cultured cells displayed monolayer growth.That were ectomesenchymal oringin,which was proved by immunohistochemical stain. CONCLUSION: It is a simple method to cultivate ectomesenchymal cells from embryonic rat.
