Abstract：AIM： To compare the definite effective m ethods to handle tooth hypersensitivity caused by attrition. METHODS： By means of occlusal adjustment and filling deferent type of materials in to prepared cavity. RESULTS：The successful rate of silve r amalgam filling is 93.15%, and the lightcured resins is 7 6.32%. CONCLUSION: Treatment of tooth hypersensitivity cause d by attrition with plombage is effective. The best filling material is silver amalgam.
