Abstract：AIM： To examine the signal transduction o f BMP-2 in NIH3T3 cells. METHODS：The expression of BMPRⅠ 、BMPRⅡand Smad 1、4、5 were examined in NIH3T3 cells by immunohistochemistry a nd in situ hybridization. RESULTS：The NIH3T3 cells sh owed positive signals of BMPRⅠ、BMPRⅡand Smad 1、4、5. CONCLUSION： [ WT 5”BZ〗The signal transduction system of BMP-2 exists in NIH3T3 fibroblasts.
