Abstract：AIM: To confirm and correct the open reading frame of pac gene'sA region in pET-17b-A. METHODS: pET-17b-A was sequenced by autosequence instrument ABI1310. The sequence was matched to the GenBank via Internet. RESULTS: The sequenced 350 bases matched the pac gene's A region after they were searched in GenBank. CONCLUSION: The open reading frame of pET-17b-A was correct.
