Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of sodium aescinate combined with paracoxib sodium on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome during the same period of multiple planar surgery and its (aescinate sodium 10 mg 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml effect on patients'inflammatory factors. Methods Collect a hebei university hospital otolaryngology in January 2016-January 2018 were more than the same period of plane surgery (H-UPPP + tongue body ablation) of 84 cases patients with random single blind method were divided into analgesia group and the control group (n =42),The analgesic group was treated with 0.5h before surgery,12h,24h,36h and 48h after surgery, and 40mg intravenous injection of paracoxib sodium, and aescinate sodium 10 mg 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml in the intravenous drip was given 3 days after operation. The control group did not have the above drugs.VAS scores were evaluated for 6h,24h and 48h after operation in both groups. The contents of c-reactive protein (CRP),tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-cα),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-2 (IL-2) in serum were detected 30min before surgery and 3 time after surgery. The edema of pharyngeal edema and the incidence of adverse reaction were recorded. Results Postoperative analgesia group 6 h,24 h,48 h vas scores than the control group decreased significantly (t =12.310,14.480,15.270,P =0.000).24 h After surgery,Two groups of postoperative CRP,TNF-a,IL-6 content were increased compared with preoperative (F-915.101,294.301,710.600,all of P =0.000;F =828.900,270.700,410.202,all of P =0.000) and postoperative analgesia group was lower than those of control group (t =3.578,4.556,15.810,All of P =0.000);analgesia group of IL-2 higher than the control group (t =13.270,P =0.000).The duration of swelling of pharynx in analgesia group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (t =11.580 P =0.000).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion Sodium aescinate combined with paracoxib sodium was applied to the pharyngeal cavity during the same period of multiple planar surgery, and the efficacy of analgesia was safe, and it could improve the immune suppression, maintain the balance between inflammatory factors and reduce postoperative inflammatory response.
