Abstract：Choroid doctrine mainly investigates occurrence and development laws,basic pathological changes,clinical signs and characteristics and syndrome differentiation based medication of"collaterals vascular system disease". Its major re-search fields include chest stuffiness,heart pain,stroke,palpitation,heart accumulation,heart edema,heart obstruction and gangrene,covering modern major diseases such as cardio cerebrovascular disease,arrhythmia,chronic heart failure,peripher-al vascular disease and diabetic vascular complications. Based on nature of"collaterals vascular system disease","obstruc-ted",this paper proposes general therapeutic principle"collaterals usefulness dependent on dredging", and firstly puts for-ward medication rules for collateral disease by tiao ying wei qi blood. According to function,it classifies frequently used drugs of"collaterals vascular system disease"into drug for dredging qi and collaterals,drug for removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,drug for reducing phlegm and dredging collaterals,drug for dispelling wind and dredging collaterals,drug for nour-ishing collaterals,as well as drug for detoxifying and dredging collaterals.
