Analysis on effect of N-BiPAP combined with bovine lung phospholipid injection in treatment of meconium aspiration syndrome

Abstract：Objective To analysis of the clinical effect of N-BiPAP combined with bovine lung phospholipid injection in treatment meconium aspiration syndrome. Methods Sixty cases of meconium aspiration syndrome from February 2014 to June 2017 in Jiangmen City Center Hospital Neonatal and pediatric intensive care unit were enrolled. According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and research group, each group of 30 cases. The control group was treated with NCPAP combined with bovine lung phospholipid injection,and the research group treated with N-BiPAP combined with bovine lung phospholipid injection. Ventilation time,oxygen therapy time comparison,blood gas analysis index,inflam-matory cytokines,endothelial function, and complications between two groups were compared. Results Ventilation time, oxygen therapy time of research group was lower than that the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=12.854,t=11.306,all P=0.000). After treatment,oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),OI,NO,and interleukin 10(IL-10) of two group were markedly higher than before treatment, the research group was significantly higher than the control group (t=2.912,4.882,4.576,3.947,all P=0.000), CO2partial pressure (PaCO2) and oxygenation index (OI), inter-leukin 8(IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),endothelin 1(ET-1) of two groups were significantly descend than be-fore treatment,the research group was obviously lower than the control group,the difference had statistical significance(t=4. 502,7.651,8.065,6.762, all P=0.000 ). Both groups had respiratory related pneumonia, secondary pulmonary hemor-rhage and lung leakage,but the complication rate of two groups showed no difference(χ2=0.576,P=0.447). Conclusion Clinical effect is certain of N-BiPAP combined bovine lung phospholipid injection in treatment meconium aspiration syn-drome,it can shorten the mechanical ventilation time,reduce inflammation,promote the children back.
