Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α,CRP and their correlation in pa-tients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFPEF). Methods From July 2016 to June 2017,in Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,88 cases of HFPEF patients were en-rolled as study group(HFPEF group),while 88 cases of patients without heart failure as control group(non-HF group). Recor-ded the general clinical data, combined diseases, some other biochemical indicators and ultrasonic indicators. The serum con-centrations and the correlation of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP were analyzed. Results Compared with non-HF groups, serum con-centrations of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP were significantly higher in HFPEF group(t=21.825,20.678,39.609,P=0.000),with the increase of NYHA classification, serum concentrations of IL-6, TNF-α and CRP were gradually increased(F=866.396, F=593.579,F=2 429.233,P=0.000). The LA in HF-PEF group was higher than NHF group,LVEF was lower than NHF group(t=5.019,6.651,P=000).Serum concentrations of IL-6, TNF-α, CRP were positively related to NYHA grading(r=0.917,r=0.911,r=0.904,P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.000). Conclusion Serum concentrations of IL-6,TNF-αand CRP were associated with severe heart failure, which may be used as an auxiliary indicator for early diagnosis of HFPEF patients.
