Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of atorvastatin on cTnI,NT-proBNP and myocardial enzymes in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Sixty two patients with ACS who underwent PCI from A-pril 2014 to 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=31).All the patients were treated with conventional therapy. The control group was treated with 20 mg/d atorvastatin. The observation group was treated with 50 mg/d atorvastatin. After one month of treatment, the levels of cTnI,NT-proBNP and myocardium were analyzed and compared. The prognosis of the two groups of patients was compared. Results There was no significant difference in cTnI,NT-proBNP and myocardial enzymes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment, the levels of cTnI, NT-proBNP and myocardial enzymes were significantly decreased in the two groups, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant between the two groups(t=14.501,6.992,4.631,2.567,6.069,P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse events was 9.68%in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group 78.39%,(χ2=8.429,P=0.004).Conclusion High dose of atorvastatin can significantly decrease the levels of serum cTnI,NT-proBNP and myocar-dial enzymes in patients with acute coronary syndromes, improve the curative effect and improve the prognosis.
