Heart failure:rational drug treatments and reduce readm ission

Abstract：Heart failure is a major public health issue ,which has a high prevalence , incidence and mortality , and has seriously affected people ' s life and survival .Although domestic and international guidelines have clearly stated how to stand-ardize the use of drugs for the treatment of heart failure and improve prognosis , the patients ' utilization rate of the related drugs in the guidelines is unsatisfied .In addition, the readmission inducements of patients with heart failure are very complex , which results in a higher rate of readmission .It is because of the interaction of various factors , leading to the high medical cost in patients with heart failure and bringing people a great economic burden .The article reviewed the drug treatments , readmis-sion and medical cost in patients with heart failure .
