Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of different treatments of hydrosalpinx on pregnancy outcome in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET).Methods One hundred and twenty-six cases were selected from June 2013 to October 2015 in Meizhou People's Hospital, two with tubal factor infertility underwent IVF-ET treatment,ET treatment according to IVF severity before patients with hydrosalpinx were divided into 3 groups, patients in group A (42 cases of mild tubal seeper),the fallopian tube colostomy;patients in group B (fallopian tube) of 42 cases received moderate hydronephrosis by proximal tubal ligation and distal stoma;patients in group C (42 cases of tubal severe hydronephrosis) received resection of the fallopian tube.Comparison of the 3 groups of patients before and after third menstrual six sex hormone index, antral follicle number, gonadotropin (Gn) dosage, treatment time,hGG injection on the level of E2,the number of oocytes, embryos, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate. Results Three groups of patients before and after third menstrual cycles in six different hormone index level and number of antral follicles had no statistical significance (P > 0.05);the differences of six kinds of hormone level and the number of antral follicle index between the 3 groups were not statistically significant (P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in Gn dosage, medication time,E2 level and the number of embryos transferred between the 3 groups (P > 0.05).The number of oocytes in group A and group B was significantly higher than that in group C (P < 0.05).After 9-month follow-up,There was no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate between the 3 groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion Fallopian tube colostomy, proximal tubal ligation and distal stoma, tubal resection in the treatment of IVF-ET patients with hydrosalpinx were able to improve the outcome of pregnancy in patients with tubal resection, but the effect of the number of oocytes decreased ovarian function.
