Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid membrane associated protein A2 (ANXA2) levels in the early diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer patients. Methods Forty cases (observation group) and 40 cases (control group) of lung cancer patients were selected from the Department of oncology, Huai'an First People's Hospital, Nanjing Medical University from April 2016 to March 2013, and patients with benign lung diseases were selected. Detection of ANXA2 levels in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in patients with tumor stage, lymph nodes and distant metastasis. Results The observation group and the control group of patients with serum ANXA2 were (34.2 ±11.2) ng/ml and (16.6 ±4.4) ng/ml ( t =2.652, P =0.006), bronchoalveolar lavage fluid ANXA2 were (79.4 ±21.3) ng/ml and (26.8 ±7.1) ng/ml ( t =2.263, P =0.015), the patients in the observation group were higher than that of serum ANXA2 concentration in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid [(79.4 ±21.3) ng/ml vs.(34.2 ±11.2) ng/ml, t =2.228, P =0.017]. TNM stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients serum ANXA2 lower than Ⅲ-Ⅳ[(27.7 ±10.1) ng/ml vs.(36.2 ±8.7) ng/ml, t =2.343, P =0.013], lymph node metastasis in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was lower than Ⅲ-Ⅳ [(61.0 ±15.5) ng/ml vs. (77.1 ±12.8) ng/ml, t =2.508, P =0.009]; serum ANXA2 of patients were significantly higher than those in patients without lymph node metastasis [(37.9 ±12.7) ng/ml vs.(31.5 ±9.3) ng/ml, t =2.178, P =0.018], lymph node metas-tasis in patients with bronchoalveolar lavage fluid ANXA2 was higher than that of patients without lymph node metastasis [(87.2 ±15.1) ng/ml vs.(56.7 ±12.3) ng/ml, t =2.066, P =0.024]; patients with distant metastasis than patients without metastases [(37 ±9.1) ng/ml vs.(26.2 ±10.2) ng/ml, t =2.578, P =0.007], distant metastasis in patients with bronchial lavage fluid ANXA2 was higher than that of patients without metastases [(84.6 ±16.8) vs.ng/ml (64.1 ± 10.1) ng/ml, t =1.954, P =0.030].The level of ANXA2 in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was positively correla-ted with lung cancer ( r =0.713, r =0.853, all P <0.05).ANXA2 diagnosis of lung cancer AUC was 0.734, cutoff value was 42.6 ng/ml, while the bronchial lavage fluid ANXA2 level of diagnosis of lung cancer was 0.812, cutoff value was 79 ng/ml.Conclusion The level of ANXA2 in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of patients with lung cancer is significantly increased, which is helpful for the early diagnosis and staging of lung cancer.
