Abstract:Objective To analyze the significance of the changes of blood coagulation function before and after treat-ment in elderly patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction (TEG).Methods Selected from August 2014 to August 2015 in Shaanxi province nuclear industry 215 hospital hospitalized elderly families and continuous monitoring of 86 patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction in acute stage as the research object, TEG and conventional coagulation detection of blood co-agulation function were detected after 4 weeks treatment in the hospital and on the same day of hospitalized. Results After treatment, R value, K value, PT, APTT, PT and INR value was increased, the alpha Angle, MA value, CI, FIB values were decreased than before treatment ( t =22.14, t =25.54, t =2.83, t =5.80, t =6.10, t =50.50, t =69.08, t =33.10, t =11.68, P <0.01).TEG in asymptomatic cerebral infarction patients with high blood coagulation state detection sensitivi-ty (68.60%) were obverse than conventional coagulation test (39.53%).(χ2 =7.6, P <0.01).Clotting factor type high coagulation state before treatment by TEG detection was 4.65%, 10.46% after treatment; Type platelets were 23.26% and 25.58% respectively; Platelet and blood coagulation factors were 40.70% and 15.12% respectively.Correlation analysis showed that R value and PT,INR values were positively correlated, ( r =0.88, P <0.01; r =0.86, P <0.01)and negative-ly correlated with FIB values, ( r =0.819, P <0.01).MA value and FIB were positively correlated, ( r =0.219, P =0.042).CI and PT INR was negatively correlated, and FIB values were positively correlated( r =0.333, P <0.01; r =0.246, P <0.05).Conclusion There exists a certain correlation between TEG and conventional coagulation tests in some indicators, both although they can reflect the blood hypercoagulability, but TEG more sensitive from multi aspects comprehen-sive assessment of the overall coagulation system, have directive significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
