Abstract:Objective To summary the clinical experience of surgical treatment of acute A type Stanford aortic dis-section.Methods Collected from February 1, 2011 to February 1, 2016, Foshan first people's Hospital of Department of tho-racic surgery, 15 cases of the acute Stanford type A aortic dissection patients as control group as test group.Patients in control group were treated with aortic arch replacement surgery.Experimental group using Sun's operation method, two groups opera-ting time, aortic cross clamping time, selective brain perfusion time, postoperative ICU time, death rate and postoperative complications were compared. Results Two groups in operation time, aortic cross clamp time's difference showed no statistical significance ( P >0.05).The experimental group selective perfusion time (56.82 ±19.77) min, postoperative IUC hospita-lization time (6.12 ±1.84) d was significantly shorter than in control group (74.53 ±23.46) min, (10.32 ±2.07 d), the difference has statistical significance ( P <0.05).There were 1 cases (6.67%) in the experimental group, 5 cases (33.33%) with postoperative complications, 2 cases (33 .33%) in the control group and 8 cases (53.33%) after the opera-tion, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusio n For acute A type Stanford aortic dissection patients with Sun's operation, not only has good curative effect, but also can shorten the time of hospitalization of patients with ICU, with good clinical value.
