Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of surgical repair and transcatheter closure in the treatment of atrioventricular septal defect in patients with congenital heart disease. Methods Fifty-eight cases of patients with single left right shunt congenital heart disease atrial septal defect ( ASD) or ventricular septal defect ( VSD) were selected, which were treated in hospital from February 2014 to February 2016, and they were divided into the repair group (29 cases) and closure group (29 cases) .Comparative analysis the operative time, hospital stay, postoperative ambulation time, postop-erative ventilation time, postoperative pain scores, cost of surgery, the level of cardiac function and occurrence of postopera-tive complications of two groups. Results Transcatheter closure group in the operation time, hospitalization time, postopera-tive ambulation time, postoperative ventilator time, postoperative pain scores and the cost of surgery is superior to repair group ( t =15.997, t =7.460, t =9.058, t =10.122, t =9.367, t =4.807, P <0.05);comparison between the 2 groups after treatment, LVEF, LVEDP, LVEDD, C/T levels were not significantly changed ( t =0.759, t =0.430, t =1.116, t =0.689, P >0.05);comparison of pleural effusion, a small amount of pericardial pneumatosis, right bundle branch block, ar-teriovenous fistula and other complications after operation in the 2 groups, there were no significant differences between the 20.7%vs.13.8%(χ2 =1.668, P =0.197);2 groups of patients were followed up for 1-3 months, occlusion group success rate of 96.6%(28/29), repair success rate of group 100%(29/29), the difference between the 2 groups had no statistical significance ( P >0.05).Conclusion Transcatheter closure and surgical repair of congenital heart disease curative effect in the treatment of ventricular septal defect is effective, no obvious difference;the interventional operation is minimally invasive, safe, less pain, low cost, has a broader application prospect.
