Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of efficacy and the levels of serum C reactive protein ( CRP) , inter-leukin 6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) of Lactobacillus vaginal capsules Fluconazole against Candida vaginitis. Methods 120 cases of patients diagnosed with candida vaginitis were divided into observation group ( n =60) and control group ( n =60) from June 2014 to June 2015.The control group were treated with oral fluconazole, each 150 mg, 1 times a day.The observation group were treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsules, vaginal drugs, night two, once every 7d, two groups were continued therapy 14 d.The levels of CRP, IL-6 .TNF-αof two groups were compared. Results The total effec-tive rate of observation group was 96.67%, and control group was 80.00% (χ2 =8.086, P <0.05).The vaginal itching, pain, vaginal secretions, mucosal congestion and edema and other symptoms score of observation group after treatment were lower than control group ( t =10.264, t =7.826, t =10.480, t =7.217, P <0.05).Lactobacillus positive rate (91.67%) was significantly higher than control groups (75.00%), the difference in the observation group after treatment was statistically significant (χ2 =6.000, P <0.05), while Candida positive rate (11.67%), the recurrence rate (16.67%) was significantly lower than the control group (26.67%), (11.67%)(χ2 =7.610,χ2 =4.821, P <0.05).The levels of the levels of CRP, IL-6, TNF-αof observation group after treatment were (3.78 ±0.78) ng/ml, (2.25 ±0.54) pg/L, (25.36 ±10.22)pg/L, which was significantly lower than the control group (5.88 ±1.02) ng/ml, (5.55 ±1.36) pg/L, (85.98 ±8.36) pg/L( t =12.668, t =17.469, t =35.563, P <0.05).Conclusion Lactobacillus vaginal capsules Flu-conazole can effectively regulate the vaginal flora circumstances, to reduce inflammation in patients with vaginal secretions CRP, IL-6 TNF-αlevels and improve patient outcomes, reduce postoperative recurrence rate.
