The effect of low molecular heparin sodium in adjuvant treatment of patients with preeclampsia on blood coagulation function and renal function

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of low molecular heparin sodium in adjuvant treatment of patients with pre -eclampsia on blood coagulation function and renal function .Methods Eighty-four patients with preeclampsia in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2015, were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the draw method, 42 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional treatment , experimental group were treated with low molecular heparin sodium on the basis of the control group .The changes of coagulation function and renal function of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were compared , and the patients'complications and perinatal infant mortality were analyzed.Results After treatment, the prothrombin time (PT) (17.33 ±2.45)s, activated partial thrombin time (APTT) (44.24 ±4.63)s of the experimental group were significantly longer than control group [(14.67 ±1.74) s, (38.56 ±3.57) s],which had significantly difference between the two groups ( t =5.737, 6.296, P <0.01).The serum creatinine (66.76 ± 6.23) μmol/L, uric acid (417.35 ±14.02) μmol /L, 24h urine protein levels (2.03 ±0.12) g of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group (70.87 ±7.18) μmol /L, (435.67 ±19.42) μmol/L, (2.87 ±0.34) g] there were significant difference ( t =2.802,4.957,15.098, P <0.01).The case fatality rate of perinatal children in the experimental group was 4.76% (2 /42), the complication rate was 14.28% (6/42), lower than the control group 21.43%(9 /42) and 33.33% (14 /42), differences between the two groups were significantly statistical (χ2 =5.126, 4.200, P <0.05).Conclusion The application of low molecular heparin sodium on preeclampsia patients for adjuvant therapy , can ob-viously improve the patient's blood coagulation function and renal function , which has a high safety.
