Abstract:Objective To analyze the safety and effect of levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism on pregnancy outcome. Methods From March 2012 to March 2015, 90 cases of patients with pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism were collected and analyzed in our hospital. All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with the left thyroid hormone tablets based on the treatment of the control group. In the two groups of patients, the treatment effect, delivery mode, pregnancy outcome, pregnancy complications and complications were compared, and serum FT3 , FT4 and TSH levels were observed. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 95. 56%, which was significantly higher than the control group of 48.88%(χ2 =4.013, P <0.05) .The cesarean section rate of patients in the observation group was 22.22%, which was significantly lower than control group of 62.22%(χ2 =6.116, P <0.05).The serum levels of FT3 and FT4 were significantly increased in the 2 groups after treatment, and the TSH level was significantly decreased, and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group ( t =10.392, t =3.873, t =2.425, P <0.05) .Observation group of patients with intrauterine fetal death and the incidence of very low weight infants were significantly lower than those in the control group(χ2 =4.750,χ2 =4.735, P <0.05).In the observation group, the incidences of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, dysglycaemia and hypertension were significantly lower than that of the control group(χ2 =4.750,χ2 =3.989,χ2 =4.974, P <0.05).Conclusion L-thyroxine tablets can significantly improve pregnancy outcome of patients with pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism, reduce the incidence of neonatal complications, and it has a higher security, which should be promoted and used in clinical.
