Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between level of serum sP-selectin, sE-selectin and insulin re-sistance in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Select from July 2014 to July 2015, 40 cases of patients with pre-diabe-tes, 40 cases of simple diabetes and 40 cases of diabetic patients with coronary artery disease in Hubei Integrative Medicine hospital as pre-diabetic group, the simple group and diabetes diabetic with coronary heart disease group, and selected 40 cases of healthy persons as a control group. All personnel systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting insulin, insulin resistance in-dex were detected, compared four groups’ fasting insulin, insulin resistance index, soluble P-selectin, E-selectin levels and analysis the correlation between soluble P-selectin, E select and other indexes. Results Blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids, fasting insulin and insulin resistance index, glycated hemoglobin, soluble P-selectin, E-selectin and other indicators were in the order of healthy control group <prediabetes Group <simple diabetes group <diabetic patients with coronary heart disease group ( P <0.05).Soluble P-selectin showed a positive correlation with fasting glucose, fasting insulin, triglyce-rides, glycosylated hemoglobin, insulin resistance index, soluble E-selectin showed a positive correlation with fasting glucose, fasting insulin, triglycerides, glycosylated hemoglobin, insulin resistance index, and showed negative correlation with high-density lipoprotein. Conclusion Serum soluble P-selectin, soluble E-selectin were closely related with insulin resistance in diabetic patients, detecting these two indexes can help to early diagnosis of diabetes, prevent the disease worsened, worthy of clinical application of the promotion.
