Clinical efficacy of different coronary artery stent placement combined with clopidogrel and it's effect on blood rhe-ology in the treatment of coronary heart disease

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of different coronary artery stent placement combined with clo-pidogrel and it's effect on blood rheology in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 122 cases of patients with coronary heart disease who treated by percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI) in Department of Cardiology of Central Hospital of Xianyang City, Shanxi Province from April 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (61 cases) and control group(61 cases), the control group was treated with PARTNER drugs (rapamycin) eluting stent combined with clopidogrel, the observation group was treated with Nano unsupported containing drugs ( rapamycin) eluting stent com-bined with clopidogrel, the changes of heart function, the changes of blood lipid index, CRP and blood rheology, and the inci-dence of adverse reactions after operation was compared.Results After treatment, the indexes of heart function, blood lipid, blood rheology and CRP were improved, and the patients in the observation group were better than the control group ( P <0.05), and the incidence of postoperative cardiovascular events and bleeding were lower than those in the control group (8. 2%vs.4.9%, P <0.05).Conclusion Nano unsupported containing drugs (rapamycin) eluting stent combined with clopi-dogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease, can effectively improve the patient's heart function, improve blood rheology index, reduce inflammatory reaction, and it is worthy of clinical application with good safety.
