Abstract:Objective To investigate the risk factors of gallbladder contractile function after minimally invasive gall-bladder preserving surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis of 100 cases of patients with gallbladder stones from September 2007 to September 2012 at Hebei North University Affiliated Second Hospital, according to preoperative 2 day and after opera-tion 2 year ultrasound results of gallbladder contraction function change classification, these patients were divided into 2 groups, stable good gallbladder function as compensation group (64 cases), rating decreased of the gallbladder function as de-compensation group (36 cases) .The 2 groups were compared with the results of B ultrasound examination and the recurrence rate, and Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors of gallbladder contractile function after operation. Results After treatment ,there were significant difference in TC,TG,gallbladder contractile function and gallblad-der wall thickness between compensation group and decompensation group( P <0.05),stone recurrence rate between two groups were significant too(1.56%vs.11.11,χ2 =4.244, P <0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative gallbladder contraction rate, blood cholesterol and gallbladder wall thickness were independent risk factors for gallbladder con-traction function after surgery (OR=0.955, OR=0.943, OR=1.018, P <0.05).Conclusion The maximum rate of gall-bladder contraction, blood cholesterol and gallbladder wall thickness were the risk factors of gallbladder contraction function af-ter operation, which could lead to a significant increase in postoperative recurrence rate.
