Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of adenosine methionine combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of drug-induced cholestasis liver disease. Methods Ninety-two patients with drug-induced cholestasis liver disease who received treatment in the Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from February 2013 to February 2015 were enrolled, patients with liver damage criteria were treated for liver injury. The patients were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group, 46 cases in treatment group and control group respectively.Gradually reduced the liver injury in the control group received routine treatment of liver, disable drugs, intravenous drip of inosine, reduced glutathione and vita-min B, the treatment group based on the treatment of the control group, also added ademetionine, glucocorticoid hydrocorti-sone sodium succinate, after 7 d changed to prednisone, 5-7 days later to reduce the medicine, after an appropriate treatment of 4 weeks, two groups of treatment effect and patient’ s liver function were evaluated, in contrast to alanine amino transferase (ALT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP), gamma alanine acyl transferase (γ-GT), total bilirubin (TBil), total bile acid ( TBA) and other indicators’ changes were detected, and observed the adverse reaction. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 91.3%, which was significantly higher than 78.3%of control group, the difference was statistically signifi-cant (χ2 =3.033, P <0.05).2 groups of patients before treatment, ALT, ALP,γ-GT, TBil, TBA level’s difference were not statistically significant ( P >0.05), compared with before treatment, after treatment, two groups of patients’ these indi-ces were significantly improved, there were statistical significance differences ( control group:t =10.918, t =2.521, t =23.751, t =8.465, t =5.151, P <0.05;treatment groups:t =11.651, t =5.677, t =24.626, t =14.933, t =6.567, P <0.05), the index’s improvement in treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference were statisti-cally significant ( t =2.227, t =4.802, t =8.232, t =5.484, t =3.946, P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was not significant difference (19.57%vs.13.04%, P >0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of adenosine methionine combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of drug-induced cholestasis liver disease is obvious, and it is worthy of clinical application.
