Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fentanyl in the treatment of septic shock and the effect on the microcirculation .Methods 60 patients with septic shock were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 30 cases in each group .Two groups were given conventional treatment for septic shock , control group treated with anisodamine hydrochloride injection , the observation group were given fentanyl injection at the same time .To observe the therapeutic effect of 2 groups of patients ’ PVD, the ratio of perfusion blood vessel ( PPV) , blood flow index ( MFI) and lactic acid level before treatment, 6 h, 12h after treatment, and 28 d’s mortality. Results Observation group’s total effective rate was 70.0%, the control group ’ s total effective rate was 86 .7%, two groups ’ total efficiency ’ s difference did not show statistical significance (P >0.05).PVD and PPV were increased significantly 6 h and 12 h after treatment than before treatment for patients in both of the 2 groups, and arterial blood lactate levels was significantly decreased ( P <0.05).Observation group 6 h and 12 h af-ter treatment, PVD and PPV was significantly higher than that of control group , arterial blood lactate levels was significantly lower than that of control group ( P <0.05) and MFI did not show statistical significance differences between the two groups ( P >0.05).Observation group’s 28 day mortality rate was 26.7%, the control group’s 28 day mortality rate was 36.7%, the difference between the 2 groups did not show statistically significant ( P >0 .05 ) .Conclusion Fentanyl can effectively improve the microcirculation in septic shock patients , and it is effective in treating septic shock .It is worthy of clinical appli-cation.
