Abstract:Objective To investigate the refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia ( RMPP) children’ s IFN -gamma,IL-4,IL-6 level in bronchoalveola lavage(BALF)and serum and its clinical significance. Methods 70casesofre-fractory mycoplasma pneumonia children were enrolled as the object of study , 40 cases as the recovery group , and 20 cases of non-mycoplasma pneumonia children enrolled as control group , serum and bronchoalveolar lavage (BALF)’s IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-6 level in the three groups were analyzed .Results RMPP acute stage group’s serum and BALF IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-6 levels were significantly higher than those in the control group and the recovery group ( P <0.05), RMPP acute phase BALF, ser-um IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-6 were significantly lower than those in the control group and the recovery group ( P <0.05), RMPP re-covery period, all the data did not show statistical significance differences from control group ( P >0.05).Serum IFN-γ, IL-4, IFN-γ/IL-4, IL-6 showed significant positive correlation with BALF ( r =0.857, r =0.876, r =0.912, r =0.904, P <0.05).ROC analysis results showed that the indexes in the BALF of severe pneumonia has more accuracy diagnostic effect than serum indexes, which IFN-γ/IL-4 (AUC=0.826, P =0.007) has the highest diagnostic value. Conclusion RMPP children’s serum and BALF IFN-γ, IL-4, IFN-γ/IL-4, IL-6 existed abnormal expression , and BALF levels of each index may reflect the severity of the patient's condition .
