Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of gastric electrical parameters and serum index in patients with dia-betic gastroparesis. Methods From October 2013 to November 2014, 64 cases of diabetic gastric gastroparesis patients were enrolled as the observation group, 64 cases of health subjects during the same period were enrolled as healthy control group, two groups’ gastric electrical parameters ( including primary frequency and normal slow wave rhythm) and serum gastrointesti-nal hormones [ including somatostatin ( SS) , vasoactive intestinal peptide ( VIP) , gastrin ( GAS) and motilin ( MTL) ] , NO, 5-HT,IL-1βand TNF-αindex were detected and compared, and compared the different classification of patients with these in-dicators.Results The observation group’ s gastric electrical parameters( including pre-prandial and postprandial primary fre-quency and normal slow wave rhythm)were lower than those of healthy control group ( P <0.05).Observation group’s serum SS,GAS and MTL were lower than healthy control group, but serum VIP was higher than healthy control group( P <0.05) . Observation group’ s NO, IL-1βand TNF-αwere higher than healthy control group ,5-HT was lower than healthy control group ( P <0.05) , and in patients with different grading, these indexes have significant difference, which appeared as level 1 >2 >3 >4 ( P <0.05).Conclusion Diabetes stomach paresis patients gastric electrical parameters and number of se-rum markers revealed large changes, and the different grade of diabetic gastroparesis patients also exist significant differences, which indicate the great value of monitoring of the disease.
