Abstract:Objective To observe the long term antiviral efficacy of Kain probiotic partner particles for treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods 180 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into control group and treat-ment group, 90 cases in each group, two groups were given licorice diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsules and recombinant human interferon treatment, the treatment group plus Kain probiotic partner particles and enzyme treatment.Be-fore treatment, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years after treatment, detected liver function and the indicators of the liver func-tion in the 2 groups, and the follow-up, the short-term efficacy and long-term effect were evaluated. Results Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the 2 groups’ ALT, AST, TBil decreased significantly, ALB increased significantly, and the treatment group’ s ALT, AST, TBil decreased more significantly ( P <0.05); compared with before treatment, after treatment, the 2 groups’ HA, LN, IVC, PCIII also obviously decreased, but the treatment group’ s HA, LN decreased more significantly ( P <0.05);after 6 months of treatment, the treatment group’s HBsAg, HBeAg, HBV-DNA negative rate were significantly higher than the control group ( P <0.05);followed up for 5 years, in the treatment group, HBV-DNA negative rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05);the recur-rence rate of the treatment group and the mortality rate was significantly lower than the control group, the disease free survival rate was higher than the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Interferon is a representative drug of anti-virus treatment for chronic hepatitis, combined with the application of Kain probiotic partner particles showed good short term and long term effects, which is optimal for further promotion in clinical use.
