Efficacy and safety of alteplase combined with urinarykallid intravenous thrombolysis on acute cerebral infarction

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase combined urinarykallid in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods From May 2013 to October 2014,120 cases of acute cerebral infarction were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with Yourikelin, observation group were treated with intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase combined Yourikelin, treatment were lasted for 14 d.The nervous system defect and daily life ability score be-fore and after the treatment, muscle strength recovery status, clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction between the 2 groups were observed and compared.Results After 14 d’ s treatment, the observation group’ s NIHSS score was (4.84 ± 1.63) and CSS score was (25.92 ±8.82), which was significantly lower than that of control group’s (6.49 ±1.16) and (29.27 ±9.86) points (NIHSS:t =2.170, P =0 .039; CSS:t =2.198, P =0.034), and the observation group’ s BI score was (83.67 ±30.67), which was higher than the control group’s (57.67 ±28.56) points ( t =2.144, P =0 .042). The observation group muscle strength recovered to level 4 and level 5 were 43.3%, the total effective rate was 95.0%, which were significantly higher than that of the control group’s 21.7%and 68.3%(χ2 =6.419,χ2 =11.264, P <0.05);adverse occur rate in the observation group was 10.0%, which was significantly lower than the control group’s 35.0%(χ2 =10.277, P =0.000).Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase combined urinarykallid in treatment of acute cerebral in -farction can improve the nerve injury,accelerate rehabilitation, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions , is a safe and effective treatment.
